Photos

Photos help you document the condition of items throughout the repair process. This is a Pro feature.

Each ticket supports three categories of photos:

  1. Open a ticket’s detail page.
  2. In the Photos section, click the menu to add photos.
  3. Drag and drop images or click to browse. Select the photo type (intake, during-repair, or post-repair).
  4. Photos are uploaded and stored via the Shopify Files API.

Photos are automatically renamed on upload for consistent organization.

Remove a photo from the ticket detail page. Deleted photos are also removed from Shopify Files.

  • Take intake photos before starting any work to protect against disputes.
  • Use during-repair photos to document issues you discover that weren’t in the original report.
  • Post-repair photos are useful for showing customers the completed work, especially for mail-in repairs where they can’t see the item in person.
